This co-living property is designed specifically for traveling professionals and longer-term guests. The home has only four private bedroom suites, with one guest permitted per bedroom, providing a quieter and less crowded shared-living experience.

• One queen-size bed

• Dresser and closet space

• Smart television

• Secure private sleeping space

• Comfortable furnishings for an extended stay

Guests have their own private bedroom and share the home’s common areas with a maximum of three other residents.

About the Home

This unique three-level home features beautiful original details, including high ceilings, hardwood floors, mahogany woodwork, decorative trim, fireplaces, and a grand staircase.

The main level offers two spacious living areas. The first living room includes comfortable seating and a large 70-inch Roku television for streaming your favorite shows and movies.

The adjoining bonus living room provides additional seating, an oversized shared workspace, and games for guests to enjoy.

The lower level includes:

• A fully equipped shared kitchen

• Custom kitchen island

• Dining area with two large tables

• Full bathroom with a walk-in shower

Guests may use their private bedroom suite and all shared common areas, including the kitchen, dining room, living rooms, sitting area, bathrooms, and outdoor deck.

Location

The home is located in an active urban and industrial area near Queensgate and Lower Price Hill. It offers convenient access to downtown Cincinnati, UC Medical Center, Cincinnati Children’s Hospital, The Christ Hospital, Good Samaritan Hospital, Cincinnati Museum Center, major highways, manufacturing facilities, rail yards, and local employers.
